Our Strategy
TGA's strategic vision and objectives are directly aligned with the National Strategy for Transport and Logistics Services,
prepared by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services in line with the strategic objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Based on the adoption of this strategy and its broad outlines, the Authority prepared its own detailed and comprehensive strategy, which aims to:

Develop integrated strategic programs and a clear vision for the main transportation sectors, including the railway, maritime, and land sectors.
Enhance integration with relevant entities to ensure the strategy is aligned with national initiatives, Saudi local content strategies, and relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure business continuity by developing plans to ensure the readiness of the Authority and its internal sectors in emergency situations, effectively supporting operational continuity.
Create regulations and guidelines for use by the transportation sectors (land, maritime, and rail) across the Kingdom to unify efforts and enhance performance.

TGA seeks to leverage modern technologies to improve the operational efficiency of the transportation and logistics sector,
in line with digital transformations and enhancing the Kingdom's global competitiveness.
Priority is also given to environmental protection and sustainability by adopting innovative
solutions that reduce emissions and enhance energy efficiency in transportation operations.
The Authority also focuses on enhancing spending efficiency and achieving the highest levels of
economic sustainability by improving resource management and optimal
utilization to support the national economy and ensure comprehensive development.
